I'd tell you, but the website was bookmarked on my (now dead) computer...
Ugh!!! Is there any way some of your info can be recovered? I thought computer nerds were able to do that kind of thing. Have you tried returning it for a new one? If it really only fell from a distance of 6 inches and broke ... that's not a good computer ... especially if it's still under warranty.
